From 1936 My Father Terry Emmanuel MENI, who also adopted the name Menitziotis for personal reasons, was an Artistic Industrialist Enterpreneur and was creating Master Pieces of Glass Figurins and Lighting, also manufacturing the early wire wraped motors for various uses including the Neon Signs Industry. From my early years of 5 or 6 I used to visit his industry and watch and learn the trades. From 1956 onwards we moved to Baghdad Iraq, were my Father continued his various industries, in several fields. Then from that early age I was trained by him the businesses until 1969, when we lost all his businesses. Moved to Cyprus for about a year, we then Immigrated to Australia. In 1972, I attended The School of Architecture until 1978, in the interim in 1976, went to Tripoli Libya to do Deep Water Wells drillings in the Kufra area with Ingersoll Rand Drilling compamy of USA. When I moved to the Arabian Gulf Countries, and started to work as an Architect with the Subsidiary of The Ministry of Petroleum of Saudi Arabia, in Petromin at Dhahran / Al Khobar area, in cooperation with Aramco conglamorate In 1983 I joined Sheikh Faisal Al Sudairy, who in turn introduced me to the Office of the son of the King Fahad with one named Prince Saud Bin Fahad Bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud. We did petrochemical projects, airport, large housing estates. In early to mid 1984, the Queensland Government asked to Represent them and establish the first Queensland Trade, Commerce and Tourism Office in Bahrain. In 1985 the Jerusalem Government thru the Minister of Trade asked me to assist them to establish Trade and Communications channels and leads between them and the Arabian Gulf Countries. As a result I moved to Jerusalem and coordinated all the business activities thru an office in Atrhens Greece, at the same time I was assisting arab and greek businessmen to do deals together, knowing very the arabic, greek, english languages. In 1990-1993, I formed a consortium and we decided to expand our scope to Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece. I designed and built a 4000 low cost housing units with and for President Sali Berisha of Albania. Meanwhile I had a Established in Romania Chambers of Commerce between the Jerusalem Government and the Balkans States for Trade, Commerce and Tourism. In 1994 moved backed to Australia and did various projects and tourism, finance and project coordination. In 1998 I went back to the USA and Panama were I did my Masters and PhD degrees. In 2001 moved back to Cyprus, wherein I established a consultancy group with 6-8 architects / engineers and qs, for the Arabian Gulf Countries again, that was active until 2009, when everything collapsed due to non payments for our projects. Following that I decided to do a short term English Literture and teaching certificates so I went to China for almost 3 years. In 2012 I returned back to Cyprus, were we started again with new groups consisted of contractors and engineers for the Arabian Gulf Countries, until 2015, at that time I formed a joint venture with a British Architects Firm also the Qatar. In 2017 I relocated to Amsterdam Netherlands until today 2023.
